As you will have seen, we have a chatbox at the top of the forum, and at the bottom of the portal.
Many of you have used it, and some have not yet. Make the most of it, the same rules apply in it as apply in the rest of the forum. You may not post links to other websites other than news websites such as F1.com or Autosport.com.
Please check out the forum rules, as they all do apply in the chatbox.
To connect to the chatbox, click the 'Log In' button on the top right of it.
Commands
As on instant messaging programmes, there are a few commands that make using the ChatBox that little bit easier. Simply type the following into the text box as if sending a message:
/abs - sends a message to other users that you are absent, and sets your status to away.
/exit - does the same as the 'Log out' button, and disconnects you from the ChatBox.
/me [followed by suffix] - In the beginning of a sentence, this command will be replaced by your username (ex: /me eats a delicious pizza" will display "[Username] eats a delicious pizza")
We understand that there are a few glitches with the chatbox, but they are currently out of our hands. If you do have any problems, either PM the forum administrators or moderators, or reply in this thread.
