Gains and pains in the rain
Heavy rain would be an understatement - last weekend's Malaysian Grand Prix fell victim to a torrential downpour that flooded the Sepang circuit from top to bottom. Not that it was needed: we were quite happily enjoying another classic race when the heavens threatened to open and we witnessed some truly phenominal sites, not least of all a Ferrari on wet tyres when the only moisture wasn't to be seen for another 10 laps. For the hour that we enjoyed the action, F1 managed to drown out the controversy from off the track, a moment we should savour given the upcoming appeals...
